		<description>[...] NO DOESN’T MEAN NO; IT JUST MEANS NO FOR NOW:  Many years ago we approached Wham O&#8217; to license Drew’s art for their boogie boards.  They said no.  A year later we tried again.  They said no.  The third year they finally said “yes.”  It was the right timing for them.  Thank goodness we didn’t give up after two tries.  I learned a valuable lesson from that – don’t give up.  Keep following up.  “No” only means no for right now, no matter what they tell you. 		<description>Lynda, it&#039;s great that you are mellow about being told NO in the business end of art.  You&#039;re right - if everyone liked the same thing, there would be hardly any work for anyone.  And I&#039;d like to add, the world would be a boring place!</description>

		<description>Very well said. I usually take no&#039;s as a big punch in the gut but when it comes to the business side of art, I am unusually mellow about it. It&#039;s because I keep the faith with my art and realize that while they said no, they might say yes in the future :) If everyone liked the same exact art from one person, there wouldn&#039;t be any other artists out there.</description>
